Dean provides a service that all tradesmen serving strata plans should aspire to - and a service that a Strata Committee expects but rarely finds!

Dean is hard working, very reliable, always punctual, very ethical and very honest, and a very good communicator. There is no apparent limit to his work - whether the job be small, large, requires forensic skills to identify the source of a water leak or requires the co-ordination of support trades (of whom he ensures provide a similar standards of work).
